Okay, so it wasn't really POPULAR demand. But there were hundreds of requests to see the actual Reindeer cake! Well, maybe not HUNDREDS. But several. Okay fine. A FEW.
So anyway, here it is! He's not gorgeous or anything, but he's become a family tradition! People fight over the right to slice off the first antler!!

Remortgages have accounted for an increasing proportion of lending, with borrowers taking advantage of lower rates to refinance their mortgages. In June it made up 31% of total mortgage business, compared to 25% one year ago.
But he denied that there was any danger of over-heating, as housebuyers were now having to pay an increasing proportion of their income to cover mortgage payments.

That is just such a hoot! I made my son a Rabbit cake years ago for his birthday. It is the only cake that he remembers..his birthday is around Easter..anyway...as I recall ...everyone wanted to eat the "ears".
